Adheres to the Security rules and procedures define in PRCS code of conduct. |

Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, ensuring effective and timely patient care. |

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and clinical guidelines. |

Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes. |

Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information in compliance with medical and legal standards. |

Provide immediate medical care in emergency situations, stabilizing patients and coordinating further treatment. |

Ensure readiness to handle urgent medical cases and provide referrals if needed. |

Stay updated with the latest medical research, advancements, and best practices through continuous education and training. |

Ensure good connection and communication with community and patients. |

Ensure conduction of regular staff meetings in order to have good and healthier working environment in the BHU. |

Provide Reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis on pre-defined formats to the line manager at PHQ. Ensure compliance to all the matters and instructions of the senior management. |

Education. |

|
MBBS degree with PMDC registration and one year of house job. 01-year Practical experience as Medical Officer is necessary. |
||||||
|
Experience. |
||||||
|
Minimum 01 year of working experience in hospital set up, with good clinical knowledge and skills. |

|
Skills / Knowledge. |
||||||
|

||||||
|
Maximum age limit upto 40 years. |

|
Travelling. Need Base. |
